Behavioral Insights Global is seeking multiple Behavioral Policy Research Fellows to assist with and pioneer projects in behavioral science and public policy.
The Behavioral Insights Global Fellowship is in its 2nd year – Apply now! The BIG fellowship is an immersive experience for current master’s and exceptional undergraduate students to take part in applied policy projects in behavioral science. As a member of a team, you will design and conduct research in a high-need area from the BIG portfolio in finance, health, and/or energy. Each research fellow will be offered fully funded stipends to travel to a field site, in support of international work in behavioral and experimental economics at the intersection of behavioral public policy. He or she will work under the guidance of the founder and research directors to produce quality, new, and relevant research findings. This is an ideal role for someone who wishes to pursue behavioral policy in a research capacity after graduation or someone who is simply sick and tired of textbooks. The ideal teammate is willing to roll up one’s sleeves, attend weekly meetings, and prepare for field immersion.
Behavioral Policy Research Fellow will be involved in the following activities:
- Review, research, and synthesize relevant behavioral science research in public policy
- Work with a team of 3-4 other individuals to design and implement studies that make a difference in the lives of others around the world
- Travel to field sites to support relevant work in behavioral science, expanding your network of behavioral policy professionals and engaging with real-world problems
