Behavioral Insights Global is seeking a Partner with subject matter expertise in behavioral science to assist with applied consulting projects in behavioral science for business and government. BIG has an immediate need for collaborators to serve as partners to develop new projects based on client requests and solve market-based problems. The partner will work with research directors to manage and implement deliverables for clientele, specifying projects that can be fully implemented from academia to industry. The partner will work closely with the founding team and proprietary data to build out innovative and world-class behavioral insights for clients. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to take their research outside academia to develop products and services that matter, or for others who wish to work on projects to supplement their current income or explore new consulting options outside of academia. BIG projects allow for flexible and remote work arrangements. Consultants receive both project-based and commission-based compensation. PhD preferred but not required.
The Consultant will be involved in the following activities:
- Lead in the execution of deliverables for clients in large organizations and industry
- Synthesize and produce content on the science of perception and behavior
- Provide expertise on academic content in behavioral science to inform the creation of tools, products, and services for partners
- Design and conduct research in behavioral, economic, and consumer sciences
